Freight charges and delivery
Next delivery will be during week 31!
Inside Sweden, Standard costs 49 SEK and Express, 355 SEK. Standard deliveries will take 2-3 weekdays to arrive. To Denmark and Finland Standard costs 79 SEK. Deliveries to the rest of Europe cost 295 SEK (Standard) and 750 SEK (Express). We do not deliver outside Europe. For deliveries to non-European countries, please contact us at: darling@fluffbabes.com

Payment
You can pay by bank card (VISA or Mastercard) or by invoice (only in Sweden) or in advance to (Swedbank)bankno: 5517-7455.

We use Auriga ePayment for payments by card.

- invoices
Invoices are processed by Klarna (formerly Kreditor) and we will send your invoice. Klarna do a control check of your name, civil registration number and address on receipt of your order. There will be a surcharge of 29 SEK and you will be granted a credit period of 14 days. We send invoices to Swedish addresses only.

Complaints
If you have received the wrong items or if they are in any way defect please send an email to our Customer Services Dept: darling@fluffbabes.com. Describe the problem to us. Please have your order number at hand – this will make things easier for our staff. Decide if you prefer a new product or a refund. Repayment will be made within 30 days as from the moment we receive your complaint.
